Domino to woo European retailers with its new Wedding Ring Collection

BIRMINGHAM, England, February 2015 - Domino’s new Wedding Ring Collection, which launched at Jewellery & Watch Birmingham to considerable retailer acclaim in February, will also take centre stage on the company’s stand at this year’s Baselworld (Stand K91 in Hall 2.i The Hall of Visions).

“Our European sales grew by some 60% last year and we believe that many of our stockists will be interested in the breadth that this new collection offers them,” explains the company’s sales and marketing director, Andrew Sollit.

The entire ‘Wedding Ring Collection’ is manufactured in Domino’s recently created ‘Wedding Ring Hub’ a special manufacturing cell within its production facility in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The hub is equipped with the very latest high-tech equipment and this, coupled with the long experience of Domino’s highly-trained craftspeople ensures a consistently high-quality product.

The Collection, which is for both men and women,  is available in platinum as well as 18ct white, yellow and rose gold, across a number of classic and more contemporary band profiles.  All rings can be supplied across a range of band widths and finger sizes and many have the option of being diamond set – some using channel setting and some with individual stones.

New for this year are bi-colour bands combining white, rose and yellow alloys to great effect. As an example, a plain white gold band might have a subtle strip of fashionable pink gold on its outer edge.  The company has also introduced some exciting new band profiles including a lighter-weight ring with a bevelled edge which is extremely competitively priced.

Textures are also important in this collection and Domino’s range of ‘Finishing Touches’ allows consumers to pick an extensive variety of personal touches, including different patterns and shiny or matt finishes for their rings.

Most brides and bridegrooms opt for classical wedding band styles, but Domino also likes to offer a modern twist and this year’s trends include texturesvintage styles, and a huge variety of diamond-set options – with both single stone and multiple stone choices for both men and women.
