Italy’s Rubinia jewellery enters UK market
LONDON, November 2, 2010 – Milan-based handmade jewellery brand Rubinia has announced its entry into the UK with a new collection inspired by nature.

Every piece in ‘Gioielli Secondo Natura’, (‘Jewels based on Nature’), the first collection being offered to the UK, is unique as far as colour, style, cut and features, and strictly handmade by craftsmen to create combinations of precious stones and natural mountings.

Stones including opal, turquoise, agate and aquamarine seem to grow on bases of gold and silver leaf resin, Tagua nut, buffalo horn, ebony and shell.

Each gemstone in the Rubinia collection features properties of mother earth: garnet for reassurance, cornelian for courage, onyx for boldness, coral for prosperity, aquamarine for creativity, and turquoise expressing a need for protection.
