About Us

Jewellery Outlook is a global online trade magazine aimed at retailers, manufacturers and designers. We report on leading trade fairs and jewellery auctions around the world.  We also showcase the work of up-and-coming jewellery designers, as well as the latest collections of brands.

We provide jewellery and diamond news and analysis, features, blogs and video clips.

If you wish to advertise, or commission a brand feature article to promote your company or trade fair, please contact us at: info@jewelleryoutlook.com or davidbrough2@btinternet.com.

If you publish a brand feature article on Jewellery Outlook, you will have the right to re-produce it in your own marketing materials with a Jewellery Outlook link and credit.

Editor and Co-Founder

David Brough, Editor and Co-Founder of Jewellery Outlook, first started writing about jewellery when his news editor at Reuters sent him to cover the Vicenza gold jewellery fair more than a decade ago. David was a Reuters correspondent and editor for more than 30 years. He was a foreign correspondent based in the United States, Ecuador, Venezuela, Cyprus (Middle East and Africa Desk), Portugal and Italy. While based in Rome, he won the 2002/03 A. H. Boerma award of the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) for his reporting on global hunger issues. Now based in London and Hampshire, he is dedicated full-time to a global coverage of the diamonds and fine jewellery world. He attends the world’s leading trade fairs and gem and jewellery auctions, and closely tracks precious metals and gemstone markets.
