“We have upgraded our website to add more images and videos, as we have seen more retailers buying on the site,” said Hatton Garden-based Andre Michael.
Retailers have responded with a sharp increase in enquiries and orders since Andre Michael added product to its website, including offering bespoke items.
“We plan to make the Andre Michael website more dynamic and add special pieces and clearance lines,” said Andre Michael, which has increased the items on its website by some 50 percent since the start of the lockdown.
Best sellers online have included earrings, rings and bracelets.
Andre Michael plans to issue regular newsletters to retailers across the UK and Ireland, showcasing new collections and extensions of existing lines, such as new styles in its 50-point diamond studs collection.
