APPOINTMENTS – The Jewellery Quarter BID appoints Roxanne Guest as Chair of the Board

BIRMINGHAM, UK – The Jewellery Quarter Business Improvement District has announced the appointment of Roxanne Guest as the Chair of its Board.

Roxanne, who is Assay Master at the Birmingham Assay Office, brings a wealth of experience, leadership and deep understanding of the Jewellery Quarter’s heritage, business community and future opportunities.

Her appointment comes as the BID continues its work to support local businesses, champion the area and strengthen the Jewellery Quarter as a vibrant destination to work, visit, live and invest in.

As Chair, Roxanne will help guide the strategic direction of the BID, working closely with the Board, BID team, local businesses and key partners to ensure the Jewellery Quarter continues to thrive.

Roxanne Guest, incoming Chair of The Jewellery Quarter BID Board and Assay Master at the Birmingham Assay Office, said:

The BID has also paid tribute to outgoing Chair, Henrik Skouby, thanking him for his leadership, commitment and contribution to the organisation.

“It has been a privilege to serve as Chair of The Jewellery Quarter BID Board and to work alongside so many committed businesses, partners and members of the BID team.

“The Jewellery Quarter is an exceptional place with a strong sense of identity and community. I am proud of the progress that has been made and I am confident that, under Roxanne’s leadership, the BID will continue to play an important role in supporting businesses and strengthening the area for the future.”

The Jewellery Quarter BID works on behalf of local businesses to improve, promote and support the area through projects focused on business support, safety, cleanliness, place marketing, events, partnerships and investment.
