WOLF has announced the appointment of Adam Fried as Global Director of Client Development.
Adam is a third-generation jewellery industry veteran with deep roots in New York’s Diamond District. He brings experience from both the vendor and retail sides of the business.
Adam served as a Global Trainer at Hearts On Fire, where he educated teams around the world on diamond expertise and luxury sales.
On the retail side, he excelled as the Director of Corporate Training at Hyde Park, where he led training initiatives that elevated sales performance and product knowledge across the organisation.
This experience across both B2B and B2C has developed Adam’s perspective on product education, sales performance, and brand storytelling.
