Armenian Jewellers Association announces new leadership

November 2013 – The Armenian Jewellers Association (AJA) announced that Berge Abajian has been named Acting President of AJA International.
During a recent trip to Yerevan, Armenia, for AJA’s annual trade show and board meeting, Mr. Abajian, CEO of Bergio International Inc., was named Acting President of AJA International.
He assumes all responsibilities for AJA International as of November 1. The International Board also includes Vice President Arto Artinian (Thailand), Secretary Hovel Chenorhokian (France), and Treasurer Raffi Marukian (USA).

AJA was created in order to connect Armenian jewelers together globally, while providing a platform for professional networking as well as providing educational and professional programs and events, seminars, exhibitions, conferences and other relevant investment projects.
“I would like to congratulate my dear friend and business partner, Mr. Gagik Gevorkyan, for doing an excellent job in putting forth the utmost time, effort, funding, and business savvy in order to bring this once budding organization to fruition on a worldwide level,” Mr. Abajian said.
“I am honored to be Acting President of such a great organization filled with many accomplished businessmen and women, and vow to continue building on our previous agenda while pushing the association onward towards the future.”
