Bonhams Cornette de Saint Cyr saw strong results from the sale Hermès: Treasure trove of gold and silver, a private collection on October 21 2025, a sale dedicated solely to Hermès jewellery.
The live auction traced part of the maison’s rich heritage, presenting 280 lots of jewellery spanning the period from 1960 to 2020.
A notable lot was a Hermès Paris by George Lenfant, ‘Vendôme’ bracelet in yellow gold with anchor chain link, circa 1960. Offered with an estimate of €12,000-15,000 and sold for an impressive €38,400.
Additionally, the Hermès Paris, Kelly Bracelet in Rose Gold set with 515 diamonds, weighing 3.25 carats, featuring the iconic clasp and buckle design and a twist lock clasp was offered with an estimate of €12,000-15,000, and sold for €20,480.
As well as The Hermès Paris, Bracelet Chaîne d’Ancre in yellow gold, offered with an estimate of €8,000-12,000, sold for €28,160.

The Bracelet Vendôme by Georges Lenfant realised €38,400 – the highest price ever achieved for this model – while the iconic Chaîne d’Ancre, first introduced in around 1938, sold for €28,160.
“The collection’s remarkable breadth, featuring many of the maison’s most recognisable motifs and lines, attracted strong interest from international collectors and reaffirmed the enduring global appeal of Hermès craftsmanship.
