Laings celebrated Scotland’s most captivating content creators with a new collaboration with the inaugural Scottish Influencer Awards, as the event’s only jewellery and watch sponsor.
As Scotland’s longest standing family jeweller, Laings is known for handcrafted fine jewellery, bespoke design, and curation of the world’s most prestigious watch brands. With a deep understanding of the art of dedication and a rich heritage of over 180 years, Laings sponsored the Lifestyle category at the ceremony, in recognition of the passion and devotion each nominee has displayed in honing their craft.
The event, which took place on Sunday 23 October in Glasgow, shone a spotlight on Scotland’s talented stars of social and digital across 15 categories. Laings featured alongside a dazzling display of event partners including Ferrari and Whispering Angel.

To mark the occasion, Laings celebrated in style by helping shortlisted nominees get red-carpet ready with bespoke consultations on how best to accessorise their look – loaning glittering diamond and gemstone jewellery to some of the country’s top social stars, including the evening’s big winners – The Everyday Man (Lifestyle) – who wore a Pre-Owned Cartier Santos, Caroline Style Hacks (Style) – who wore pieces including a round brilliant cut necklet and drop earrings with a triple row diamond eternity ring, and Rona McMillan (Health & Wellbeing), who wore pieces including a round brilliant eternity ring and baguette cut bangle .
The Laings Lunch brought together VIP guests including ‘A Place in the Sun’ presenter Danni Menzies who was also dressed in Laings diamonds and gemstones, to enjoy a sparkling affair, dining with exquisite jewellery before the ceremony.
