Gdansk, Poland – Poland’s AMBERIF (March 22-25) has announced winners of its Baltic amber jewellery Selection, chosen by a distinguished jury comprising senior experts in the field.

The aim of the AMBERIF Selection competition is to search for the best designed and most skilfully crafted jewellery using Baltic amber.

The Award of the Minister of Development and Technology went to: Dariusz Zarański – Zarański Design for the necklace „Earth”.

VERDICT: for a modern form and balanced and subtle proportions of decoration relating to the structure and colours of Baltic amber. 

The Award of the Gdansk International Fair Co. went to: Arkadiusz Wolski for the necklace „Sphere”.

VERDICT: for an innovative and bold jewellery form emphasizing geometry and spaciousness.

Honourable mention for the company Marcin Wesołowski, NAC Amber for the necklace „SHINE LIKE A STAR”.

VERDICT: for perfect workmanship in accordance with the highest standards of jewellery and exceptional precision.

Honourable mention for Tomasz Kargul & Monika Błaszkowska for a set of jewellery: brooch, earrings and ring.

VERDICT: for a modern, eye-catching form of silver, amber and materials crafted using recycling.

The Selection was assessed by the following jury:

Adam Pstrągowski – CEO of S&A SA, winner of Grand Prix Amberif Selection 2022,
Jacek Ostrowski – designer,
