Brands showcase collections at Jewellery Show London
LONDON, June 2012 – The final day of two-day trading event Jewellery Show London took place on 13th June in the opulent surroundings of Somerset House, which featured catwalks, seminars and hundreds of new collections from some of Britain’s most talented designers.
As part of this year’s Jewellery Week, brands presenting their latest collections included Baccarat, Aagaard, Lalique, Ti Sento, Pepper Pink by Mark Milton, Claire English, Portfolio of Fine Diamonds, and London Road.
In another Jewellery Week event, Molly B Couture, a stylish and classical range of jewellery predominantly in silver, inspired by Erica Illingworth, launched to the media at a presentation in the chic Soho Hotel on 12th June.
Industry leaders, celebrities and media packed into parties hosted by TI SENTO Milano, Baccarat, and the British Jewellers’ Association (BJA) later on 12th June, mingling among the new jewellery collections.
The British Jewellers’ Association was scheduled to host a meeting of leaders of the UK watch industry on 13th June.
Celebrated designer Fei Lui of Fei Lui fine jewellery gave his insights on reaching out to the Chinese consumer and the lucrative Asian market.
Regular catwalks took place throughout Jewellery Show London.
Exhibitors such as new brand iKuria reported strong enquiries from buyers after the first day of Jewellery Show London.
At a champagne reception in Somerset House on 12th June, celebrity guests were given a preview of the new autumn/winter collections from TI SENTO and front row seats at a jewellery catwalk show.
TI SENTO’s celebrity fans include singer Beverley Knight and models Olivia Inge and Ana Paula Araujo who attended the glittering launch party along with model and socialite Noelle Reno and British television presenter Emma Crosby.
