Bransom looking to expand account management team as client base grows
February 2016 – Bransom Retail Systems, developers of the industry-standard bsmart2 jewellery stock & EPoS system, has seen significant growth in its client base over the last five years, and is now investing further in order to enhance the support of its customer base.
The sales team, led by Associate Sales & Marketing Director Daren Daniels, has already recruited Sue Wall, Zarah Lloyd and Emma Leigh to focus on account management as well as new business development, and is now looking to add field-based account managers to ensure clients are kept up to date with developments.
“Our imminent product releases and development plans mean that we more than ever need to keep our clients up to date and ensure they are fully aware of new developments. We are fortunate to have such a large and loyal client base so now is the right time to make these changes and help support them. Adding field-based specialists means that we can be even closer and more available to our customers,” Daniels said.
“New cloud-based services such as our new live sales analyser and web-based stocktaking have changed the game in jewellery retail, and we will be expanding these applications, hence the desire to strengthen our client relationships programme.”
