British-made rings set to shine for Domino at Baselworld
BIRMINGHAM, England, March 11, 2017 – Domino will use its stand (Hall 2.1, Stand L82) at Baselworld to showcase its extensive collection of British-made rings.
The rings are all designed and ‘created and crafted’ at the company’s extensive manufacturing facility at its headquarters in Birmingham. Domino’s ring offering includes everything from its much extended range of wedding bands, through traditional, solitaire-diamond engagement rings, to flamboyant multi-stone right hand rings as well as eternity rings across many different cuts and sizes of stones.
The rings can be supplied unset or, where retailers prefer, can be set by the company’s experienced setting team using either the customer’s own stones or stones sourced for the retailer through Domino’s ‘Jewellery Bureau.’
All rings can be supplied in a choice of metals including platinum or 18ct white, yellow and rose gold. Many of the designs are also available in a variety of carat weights and diamond qualities to allow retailers to provide the same look at a variety of different price points.
“Domino truly is a one-stop shop for buyers seeking highly-commercial and excellent quality design-led diamond and gemstone rings,” says Domino’s sales and marketing director, Andrew Sollitt.
He adds: “All of our diamond ring designs have been developed by our award-winning design team and are exclusive to us. The collection is regularly revised and updated to ensure that even the most classic styles are tweaked to give them contemporary relevance. This is a collection which offers retailers unrivalled choice and the opportunity to create their own selection of rings tailored specifically to the wealth and taste of their own particular customer base.”
Another exciting introduction for 2017 has been the use of ‘Platinum Gold’ in the manufacture of all Domino’s platinum wedding bands. The metal which is exclusive to Domino in the UK mixes gold with platinum to create a brilliantly white alloy which is 97.3% pure and offers tremendous malleability and strength allowing the company to introduce increasingly creative and intricate rings into its offer.
“We are much looking forward to welcoming customers to our stand and to showing them the huge variety, not simply of rings, but of all types of diamond jewellery which Domino can offer,” says Sollitt.
