Buccellati’s flagship store opened its doors at 35 Albemarle Street in Mayfair, London, on December 2, 2020, moving from its longtime residence inside Brown’s Hotel.
Spread over two floors, the new Buccellati flagship store totals 201 square metres, 143 square metres of which is dedicated to selling space.
Decorated with pastel tones and clean lines in the elegant and classic Italian style, the boutique presents Buccellati’s unparalleled aesthetic and craftsmanship through extraordinary jewellery and silverware creations.
In an architectural exercise of timeless beauty, the palette is based on warm and
appealing nuances, simple lines and minimal decorations; the floors are smoked oak wood with elegant inlay decorations, offsetting contemporary designed central displays made of burnished brass, and furniture is enhanced by smoked mirrors.
The walls are covered with a prestige boiserie and hand-made stucco similar to the historical Italian houses.
Into this unique frame of luxury, Buccellati will exhibit its newest collections, one of a kind, iconic high-jewellery creations and watches.
The signature of Mr Andrea Buccellati – Creative Director of the house – is present in original drawings found framed on the walls when ascending the stairs.
The first floor is dedicated to silverware. Collections are exhibited on large oak shelves including centerpieces, home decoration objects, flatware, tableware and giftware all showcasing the essence of Italian handcrafting excellence.
Floor to ceiling mirrored double doors mark the entrance to the VIP room -– where clients can relax in the lounge area around the marble fireplace, overlooking views of The Royal Arcade and Albemarle Street.
