Just a year after it acquired Bransom Retail Systems in the UK, Clarity & Success has expanded further with its purchase of the Dutch software company JUPA, whose systems are installed in around 800 customers in the Netherlands.
The acquisition makes Clarity & Success a major worldwide player in jewellery inventory management systems, and quite probably the largest specialist provider of solutions for jewellers with over 7,500 customers in 65 countries.
Clarity has opened up a support office in the same premises as JUPA to support its own Dutch customers and to assist with the migration of any JUPA clients who wish to move to the Evolution software from Clarity & Success.
“We have deliberately moved into new offices in the same building with JUPA’s parent company Eijsink. This enables us to provide existing customers with the support they are accustomed to, and we also have the best opportunities to support our customers in Benelux in the local language,” says Clarity & Success founder Florian Henkel.
The current JUPA staff will continue to support the JUPA customers with no changes.
“We are now recruiting more staff with the technical understanding and sensitivity of the jewellery and watch industry. The strategic goal is to combine the best of both software programmes and to market them in the future under the Clarity & Success software platform.”
