CLARITY & SUCCESS has introduced a news-ticker feature into its Evolution business management software, giving brands and suppliers a direct channel for marketing to retailers.
A web-based content management system allows suppliers, brands and the media to send news items directly to all retailers using the CLARITY & SUCCESS Evolution platform, which then appears in a news feed directly in the Evolution dashboard – there is no need to rely on your customers looking at emails or social accounts.
Once logged into the CMS, the supplier can create news and specify the recipients of the news by selecting a country, language and brand names.
With CLARITY & SUCCESS’s global client base, this means that a supplier in one country could potentially send product news to retailers in another country.
In the Evolution dashboard, a notification highlights any new stories and a simple click will take the retailer to the news pages. From there, the retailer can email this news to his or her own customers using Evolution’s own CRM system.

The news item can include text (html mark-up) and images with news being scheduled for any date in the future.
