The company exhibited alongside new acquisition Bransom Retail Systems. The group has become the largest provider of jewellery-specific stock management systems in the UK.
“We not only met and talked with a large part of our existing client base, but met many new potential customers and the underlying theme is the need to utilise the business management system to enhance the customer journey and experience through marketing,” Karen said.
“Making more use of the data and its analysis has become a stronger need than ever.
“We were also able to meet and talk to our Bransom clients and reassure them that it’s business as usual and that the bsmart system is going to be around and supported for some time to come.”
The company showed its Evolution system, the latest generation of fully-integrated inventory, EPoS and repairs management software designed specifically for use on Windows 10, along with its native apps for mobile PoS, live sales reporting and stocktaking.
