Fabulous diamonds selection at Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair
A superb selection of diamonds will be showcased at the Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair (ADTF), which opens its doors to pre-registered guests on Sunday January 31, 2016, and continues until Tuesday February 2. Thierry Polakiewicz, member of the management committee of the Fair, tells Jewellery Outlook about what makes ADTF a “must-attend” event.
Q. What makes ADTF special?
A. The Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair is a unique concept launched 7 years ago by the Antwerp Diamond Bourses. The Fair takes place in the historic trading halls of the Diamond Bourses in the heart of Antwerp’s diamond district.
A formidable selection of diamonds of all qualities, carats and cuts including natural fancy colour diamonds will be exhibited by over 90 leading diamond firms from Antwerp. The Fair is powered by the AWDC.
Q. What are the highlights among the loose diamonds available at ADTF this year?
A. Again, the extraordinarily large choice of diamonds available makes ADTF a MUST! Jewellers, manufacturers and dealers the world over will have the opportunity to view in a matter of 2 to 3 days only diamonds of all sizes from melee to 50 cts+ and this includes natural fancy colour diamonds! So a diamond rainbow of colours awaits visitors at the Fair this year!

Importantly, all services are provided on the spot to maximize buyers’ time with industry professionals.
Q. What are the networking and educational opportunities at the Fair?
A. Visitors will have the privilege this year to attend the exceptional evening ‘The Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair’ offered annually by the AWDC on Sunday, 31st January, 2016. They will have the pleasure of admiring avant-garde jewellery handcrafted by HRD Award winners and nominees in a show filled with colours and an original mise en scène.
