Fei Liu to unveil new collections at Jewellery & Watch Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, February 1, 2014 – Internationally-acclaimed jewellery designer Fei Liu will use his return to the forthcoming Jewellery & Watch Birmingham to launch several new collections.
This is the first time in several years that award-winning designer Fei Liu has exhibited at Jewellery & Watch Birmingham, returning to the show because he believes it to be one of the “most influential trade events” in the calendar.
Among the pieces Fei Liu will be showing at the event will be his complete silver collections, “Cascade” and “Peony” that were launched at the end of last year, as well as the new silver “Star Sign” collection.

According to the designer, one of the gold collections, “Enchanted”, combines diamonds, pearls and 18ct gold to give a feminine, 3-D look at an affordable price point.
In addition to these, Fei Liu will be launching a brand new bridal collection comprising eight engagement rings and wedding bands, two of which have already been shortlisted for the Houlden Bridal Design of the Year competition, the winner of which will be announced at  Jewellery & Watch Birmingham.

Describing the inspiration behind his collections Fei Liu said: “When it comes to a new collection, I try not only to continue the essence and the spirit of our brand, but I also try to introduce some new elements in order to bring something fresh and exciting to our audience.”
“My inspiration comes from everywhere and things I see every day. The design is a bridge between me and my customer.”
Commenting on his return to Jewellery & Watch Birmingham Fei Liu added: “Historically the show has always been a really important event for the industry and most buyers and industry influencers from all over the country will visit it.”
