Italian fine jewellery brand FOPE’s new collections for 2021, Essentials, is proving popular with their UK stockists, with sales “exceeding all expectations”, despite lockdown restrictions.
FOPE unveiled their new Essentials collection of 18ct gold rings and earrings at the beginning of this year, and despite all sales meetings in the UK being conducted by video calls, the sell-in to UK FOPE stockists has been described by the brand as “phenomenal”.

FOPE’s CEO Diego Nardin says, “Our UK retailers have been very enthusiastic about the new range, which is classic FOPE but with a fantastic entry price point and designed to complement all other FOPE collections. We are expecting to see really positive sell-through figures now that all our stockists are fully open.”
Inspired by the FOPE Novecento mesh chain and designed to match all other FOPE creations, Essentials represents the spirit of FOPE’s DNA: it is an incredibly versatile product, appealing to all age groups and with retail price points that start from under £1,000.
“We took the elements of the Novecento chain and enriched this with the concept of everyday luxury to design new pieces that are incredibly versatile, everyday jewellery. Essentials is bound to become the next must-have for everyone who loves Italian style and lives according to the “Everyday Luxury” concept pursued by FOPE,” said FOPE’s product manager Claudia Piaserico. “It is a new retelling of our story.”
The new Essentials earrings and rings can be worn alone or stacked together, with three sizes of classic hoop earrings and new sleek, Flex’it mesh earrings in gold and with diamonds.

All new Essentials rings are flexible and come in three different widths and gold colour options.
Other new designs which will be introduced into UK stockists in the summer include a striking variant of FOPE’s popular Eka Tiny collection and new stone settings for FOPE’s elegant Vendôme collection.
The new Eka Tiny collection boasts a new bold and contemporary rondel design. The juxtaposition of a smooth chain with a spiky rondel is aimed at younger consumers, while pieces finished with black rhodium and black diamonds are aimed at the male market.
New Vendôme designs feature diamonds and coloured stones with different cuts and carat weights. Princess and baguette cut diamonds, along with baguette cut rubies and blue sapphires elevate the collection with distinct new styles inspired by Art Deco for high-end FOPE aficionados.
