Fuli Gemstones has signed a three-year deal to sponsor The Jewellery Cut Live, a boutique two-day jewellery show that takes place twice a year during London Fashion Week.
The Jewellery Cut Live plans to return for its fifth season at the Royal Institution on London’s Albermarle Street in Mayfair on September 20th & 21st, 2020.
Following on from its most recent event in February 2020, this would make it one of a very few global jewellery events not to cancel this year due to the pandemic. The two-day event aims to showcase the work of more than 20 independent jewellery designers, including Melanie Georgacopoulos, Marie Mas, The Rock Hound, Olivia & Pearl, Deborah Blyth, Libby Rak and Noor Shamma.
The show is attended by a mix of store buyers, press, industry insiders and jewellery-loving consumers, who can shop directly from designers at the show.
This new sponsorship deal will see Fuli Gemstones become headline sponsor of the event, and as such The Jewellery Cut Live, founded by jewellery journalist Rachael Taylor and industry consultant Andrew Martyniuk in 2018, will now be co-branded with the gemstone miner.
Fuli Gemstones, which owns the largest-known peridot mine in the world, will use the event to showcase loose peridot gems and peridot jewels specially commissioned by emerging designers.
