The theme of ‘Grow your presence, grow your people, grow your profit’ has been published by the JET Business Network for its hosted Retail Jewellers’ Congress in September, 2021.

Held on the third and final day of the NAJ Summit, Monday 13th September, JBN members have made their voices heard on what topics are most important for the day; digital presence, people and profit.

JBN facilitator Michael Donaldson said,

“This year’s members’ poll on their 2021 challenges reversed last year’s top two places, as digital replaced staff as their number one challenge.

“Digital represented 40% of the vote, jumping significantly from 31% in 2020, whereas staff received 38% of the vote, maintaining it is a priority since the 2020 poll (37%).”

The Retailer Jewellers’ Congress has been a longstanding popular event for jewellery retailers to come together, network and hear from esteemed speakers on topics and challenges reported by the NAJ’s independent jewellery retailer network.

Held at the De Vere Staverton Park Estate in Northampton, a number of Congress attendees will make use of the residential facilities on site and arrive for the Gala dinner the previous evening as well as other activities taking place throughout the three-day event.

Jaysal Pattni of Minar Jewellers, a regular attendee at congress said,

“Congress has always given me lots of things to take back to our business and implement. The Social media speaker was awesome in 2019!”

For jewellery retailers ‘congress’ is a unique opportunity to sample the network to experience the JBN community which makes the network one of the Association’s most valuable member benefits.
