The most popular service offered by Artisan, a bespoke specialist manufacturer based in Hatton Garden which launched in May, is their 24-hour CAD service where customers upload their design request via the website and within 24 hours receive their quote and CAD design via email and WhatsApp.
This service has led to a massive volume of customer enquiries and has helped Artisan’s customer conversion rates from enquiries to closing a sale.
Other services that have seen high growth, have been their mount and semi-set mount business alongside their diamond sales via their live diamond feed from approved partners all over the world. This has allowed Artisan’s customers access to thousands of certified natural and lab-grown diamonds at very good value prices, as well as ease of ordering through their online platform.
