HONG KONG — Mr. Savji Dholakia, Founder and Chairman of Hari Krishna Exports, has received the prestigious “Extraordinary 40” Award from Informa Markets Jewellery.
This accolade is part of the Jewellery World Awards (JWA) and is presented to 40 outstanding individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the jewellery sector.
The “Extraordinary 40” Award holds special significance as it celebrates two milestones: the 40th edition of the Jewellery & Gem World, (JGW) Hong Kong and the 40th anniversary of Informa Markets Jewellery’s flagship trade publication, JNA.
This recognition reaffirms Mr. Dholakia’s invaluable contributions to the jewellery industry.
Savjibhai Dholakia said, “I want to thank Informa Markets Jewellery for giving me this special award. I remember when I came to Surat 40 years ago with just Rs 12. Now, getting an award from our industry makes me feel very honoured. I’m 60 years old now, and I plan to spend the next 40 years helping society with the support of my well-wishers.”
