The winners of the 30th anniversary UK Jewellery Awards, organised by Retail Jeweller, were revealed at a ceremony in London on September 1, 2022.
TI SENTO – Milano win Jewellery Brand of the Year
Over 600 guests attended the event which saw winners awarded in 21 categories spanning everything from design and customer service to successful retailing and supply.
The event, which was held in association with headline partner The Betts Group, marked its 30th anniversary this year with the inaugural UK Jewellery Awards having been held in 1992.
Other sponsors of the event, which was hosted by radio DJ Toby Tarrant, included the Company of Master Jewellers, Dimexon, Green Rocks, Hockley Mint, Nivoda, Studex, TH March and WOLF. Redd Retail Group, Rotary, Goodman Bros, Jewellery & Watch Coeur de Lion and Citizen are supporters of the event and the National Association of Jewellers is the official supporter.
A full list on winners in every category can be found below but, major winners on the night included multiple retailer Berry’s Jewellers which scooped the coveted Retailer of the Year (six stores or more) accolade in addition to the Watch Retailer of the Year Award.
York independent Bradley’s Jewellers, York was awarded the Retailer of the Year (five stores or fewer) category while supplier Curteis won the Jewellery/Watch Supplier of the Year award.
This year the prestigious Outstanding Contribution to the Industry award went the Hinds family of high street jeweller F Hinds in recognition of their contribution to the UK’s high streets and the jewellery trade.

“We received a record number of entries for this year’s event and our judging panel had an incredibly difficult task deciding on the eventual winners. Congratulations must go to all of our shortlisted finalists and, of course, our winners.
“They must be applauded as the leading lights in our sector and really are the very best in the business.”
