What are the unique and special features of the upcoming show?

As an organisation that constantly look to perfect its service offerings, the HKTDC has been enhancing and upgrading its exhibition service over the last few years. The

launch of the online-offline hybrid model ‘Exhibition+’ in 2022 is a vivid example of how we integrate the online offerings with our physical exhibitions, which helped to

extend the fair period, expand the platforms and enhance business opportunities.

The two shows will also be held under the hybrid EXHIBITION+ model, with Click2Match smart online business-matching platform augmenting physical exhibitions. It

will operate from 20 Feb to 11 Mar, providing an extended platform for traders to connect beyond geographical limits.

With EXHIBITION+, exhibitors can start displaying their products to buyers on the fair website one month before the physical fair, while buyers can browse for products and shortlist

exhibitors. One week before the physical fair, both buyers and exhibitors can actively search for business targets through the Click2Match platform, check out AI-recommended

leads and conduct meetings. During the physical fair, they can meet at the fairground or online via Click2Match, while further online meetings can be scheduled and conducted

up to one week after the fair. Exhibitors can still receive sourcing enquiries from buyers up to one month after the fair.

Buyers can also use the Scan2Match function of the HKTDC Marketplace App to scan QR codes at exhibitors’ booths and product showcases at the fairground to bookmark

their favourite exhibitors, browse product information, send enquiries and continue to communicate with exhibitors online after the exhibition concludes.

Online self-service identity verification function As a move to facilitate buyers’ registration and visiting experience of our twin jewellery shows, the HKTDC has recently launched a brand-new ‘self-service identity verification’ function.

With this new function, buyers can do pre-fair registration as well as identity verification directly via the online platforms, i.e. fairs’ website or the HKTDC Marketplace App.

Instead of queuing up at the buyer registration counters onsite for identity verification, buyers can use these online tools to do the identity verification and obtain a verified

eBadge beforehand, which allows them to enter straight into the fairground without queuing up.

Buyers are highly recommended to take advantage of this new function to facilitate their visit. To enjoy a hassle-free entry to the fairs, all they need to do is to download the HKTDC Marketplace App to register, verify and retrieve their eBadge prior to their visit!
