Brumani and Adolfo Courrier sign up to LUXURY by IJL 2014

Top Luxury Brands attracted to London – the “most fun and alive city in the world”
LONODON, March 2014 – LUXURY by IJL have announced two new vibrant exhibitors – Brumani and Adolfo Courrier – who join the growing number of luxury, high end jewellery brands opting to be in London at IJL this year.

LUXURY by IJL
This announcement is delivered in the wake of Suzy Menkes, Style Editor of the International New York Times, naming London “the New York of Europe” and Karl Lagerfeld declaring London as the “most fun and alive city in the world – even better than Paris”.

This is supported by the steady growth of luxury jewellery sales in the UK since 2007, which in 2012 hit £1.2 bn.
The latest forecast reveals that luxury jewellery and watches will continue to grow, with jewellery outperforming watches with consumer demand growing in the UK for high end pieces (Euromonitor May 2013).

Sam Willoughby, Event Director IJL and LUXURY by IJL, said, “2014 marks a real step forward for IJL with the launch of LUXURY by IJL.
“The timing for this new event is perfect as London takes centre stage in the world of luxury and fashion and will offer the definitive showcase for the finest in high end jewellery.

“At IJL, we are dedicated to delivering excellence and real commercial value – and it is great to see this recognised with the exhibitor list growing daily.
“We are excited by the move to the new venue at Olympia, and to having high profile designers and brands now on board – many returning after several years’ absence – all of which recognise IJL’s premier position and contribution to the industry”.
