Jewellery Week 2013: UK’s 10-day jewellery celebration
LONDON, April 20, 2013 – The UK jewellery industry is joining forces in Jewellery Week 2013, taking place from 7-16 June, giving a platform to outstanding brands and the best talent around right now.
The core events will take place again this year at the iconic Somerset House, which will host The Jewellery Show London, and Treasure.
The Jewellery Show London (11-12 June) will present a range of jewellery and watch brands to trade buyers.
For the first time this season, The Jewellery Show London will be showcasing a dedicated area called The Watch Salon London, offering a most exciting selection of premium watch brands.
Treasure (14-16 June) is a jewellery show for visionary contemporary design and the key consumer event for Jewellery Week.
Treasure will present the latest pieces of over 130 jewellers with supreme design skills.
Around the country, the best-dressed shop windows will enter the High Street Gems competition covering independent boutiques, retailers, multiple retailers and department stores.
A number of the brands which will take part in Jewellery Week, such as Lalique and Clogau, joined a press breakfast at The Ivy Club in London on April 16, 2013.
