Hatton Garden-based jewellery manufacturer and supplier Andre Michael has introduced its first lab-grown diamond jewellery range for retailers in the UK and Ireland.
The rings, earrings and pendants are available in certified D/E/F-colour lab-grown diamonds in classic designs starting from 0.50cts. Certified D/E/F-colour solitaire rings start from a wholesale price of £399 pounds.
Much of the offering will be in larger sizes, differentiating from Andre Michael’s natural diamond jewellery collections.
“We have had very positive reaction from retailers. The value to the retailer is that the margins from lab-grown diamond sales are healthy,” Andre Michael said. “We are catering to our customers who have been continually asking for lab-grown diamond jewellery.”
The carefully thought out collection comprises well-made designs with exceptional service to the retailer.
Andre Michael has worked hard to make sure there is no risk of mixing up natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
“We have held back from introducing these ranges as we made absolutely sure beforehand that our manufacturing processes are watertight, so there is no risk of ‘cross-contamination’ between lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds,” the company said.
Andre Michael will be presenting its lab-grown diamond jewellery at the Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) trade event at International Convention Centre (ICC) Wales in Newport on 14-15 August, 2022.
