Allied Gold Limited, the UK’s largest bridal manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of one of the UK’s most respected jewellery brands, Brown & Newirth Limited. The strategic move marks a significant milestone for both companies and ensures Brown & Newirth remains under British ownership.

The acquisition, effective from July 1, 2024, highlights both companies’ commitment to preserving and enhancing British craftsmanship in the jewellery industry.
