Mining industry leaders to address Zimbabwe Diamond Conference
Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, November 4, 2012 – The inaugural Zimbabwe Diamond Conference 2012 will be held at the Elephant Hills Hotel and Resort in Victoria Falls from November 12 to 13.
Leaders from diamond centres including India, Antwerp, Dubai, South Africa, Ramat Gan and New York, as well as the KP Chair Ambassador Gillian Milovanovic, will deliver speeches. Three hundred delegates are expected to participate in the event.
In addition to mining ministers from South Africa, Angola, Namibia and DRC, the Zimbabwe Diamond Conference 2012 will showcase leaders of the Zimbabwe diamond mining industry, on the second day of the conference.
These speakers will include Goodwills Masimirembwa, Chairman of the Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation; Dave Kassel, Chairman of New Reclamation Group (Pvt) Ltd.; Ramzi Malik, Director of Diamond Mining Corporation; Obed Dube, CEO of Marange Resources (Pvt) Ltd.; Jiang Qingde, Chairman of Anhui Foreign Economic Construction (Group) Co. Ltd.; Zebra Kasete, CEO of Murowa Diamonds; and Richard Mvududu, Chairman of the Diamond Beneficiation Association of Zimbabwe.
