NAJ and IJL launch Retail Experience Award
April 2018 – In partnership with International Jewellery London (IJL), the NAJ have launched a brand new competition to recognise retailers who deliver a fantastic in-store experience
Whilst customer service is a priority for all, the competition goes one step further by identifying retailers who have made innovative changes to their offering that have delighted their customers and given them an edge over the competition.
In some instances, it may be technology that is helping to deliver a seamless customer journey. It could be a store re-fit that is wowing customers or live demonstrations could be bringing stock to life.
Entries must relate to changes made within the last two years. Three stores will be shortlisted. Each will be given a feature in The Jeweller magazine and the winner will be decided by the public.
The winner of the Retail Experience Award will be announced at a champagne reception on Monday 3rd September at International Jewellery London (IJL), in the Retail Experience lounge.
The NAJ’s Head of Marketing, Holly Burnett, said:
“This is an opportunity for retailers to explain how they are exceeding the expectations of their customers. Those who are shortlisted will be able to encourage their customers to vote for them. It’s also a great way of reinforcing what makes them special and why consumers should purchase from their store.”
