National Association of Goldsmiths, BJA to seek closer cooperation

On the sidelines of IJL, the two groups this week announced the establishment of a Working Group that will explore how they can work more closely together.

Gary Williams, BJA Chairman, said, “We have seen the success of partnering together in many industry projects such as CIBJO, RJC and SaferGems, and we recognise the huge benefits that future collaborations will bring.”

Pravin Pattni, NAG Chairman, said, “When we can present together a united voice representing our members and the jewellery industry, external stakeholders will listen and take note of our views and ideas.  This is a very positive and constructive way forward.”
