New trade event VICENZAORO Dubai to launch in April, 2015
VICENZA, May 12, 2014 – A major new international trade event, “VICENZAORO Dubai”, will take place in Dubai from April 23-26, 2015, offering jewellery, diamonds and gemstones and jewellery technologies to retail buyers.
The trade fair will take place in the Dubai World Trade Centre, an important venue for business events.
It will be organised by a new joint venture called “DV Global Link”, formed by Vicenza fair (Fiera di Vicenza SpA) and the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
Plans to stage the new event, consolidating Dubai’s position as the jewellery capital in the Persian Gulf, were announced at a news conference at Vicenzaoro Spring on May 12, 2014.
“Today is a historical turning point for Vicenza fair,” said Matteo Marzotto, President of Vicenza fair.
“The agreement reached with DWTC is a decisive turning point in our company’s internationalisation strategy.”
A favourable tax and business environment has enabled Dubai to grow into a leading international trading hub.
VICENZAORO Dubai will focus on the following regions: GCC countries, Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia, Central Asia, the former Soviet countries, and India.
