Damiani returns to Baselworld
Milan, March 7, 2010 – The Damiani Group will return to Baselworld 2010, a leading event for the watch and jewellery industry, which will take place in Basel, Switzerland, from March 18 to 25.
Damiani will present jewellery lines of the Group brands Damiani, Salvini, Bliss, Alfieri & St. John and Calderoni 1840, and will for the first time preview the collections of the licensed brands Ferrari, Maserati, Ducati, Jil Sander, Gianfranco Ferrè and Martin Margiela.
The new Damiani stand, positioned in a prime location, is characterised by an Italian elegance, and will serve as the backdrop for the unveiling of the new line of Damiani jewellery watches, with innovative elements in gold, diamonds, rubies and sapphires.
“Baselworld is an event of absolute importance in our sector”, said Mario Gilardini, General Manager for Wholesale Overseas markets.
“This year we decided to attend this important event with the goal of further increasing our focus on the development of the group’s presence in foreign markets,” he added.
