Meissen plans to open Milan boutique in 2011
MUNICH, Germany, Feb 2011 – Meissen, celebrated for centuries for its porcelain figures, plans to open a boutique featuring products including its latest jewellery lines in the chic Via Montenapoleone in Milan, Italy, in the fourth quarter of 2011.
“We are hoping to open at Via Montenapoleone 3 in September or October. We already have the location,” a Meissen executive attending inhorgenta told Jewellery Outlook.
Meissen exhibited for the first time at inhorgenta in 2011 with a large open plan stand in the prestigious B1 hall.
Some of Meissen´s brightly coloured jewellery lines, including Mystery, Follia, Charming and Montgolfiere, incorporate porcelain.
