Vincent Perriard appointed CEO of TechnoMarine group
September 24, 2009 – Vincent Perriard, who has spent most of his career in the watch industry holding key positions in both marketing and management, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of TechnoMarine Group.
Vincent, 40, will lead the business alongside Christian Viros, Chairman of the Board, from the Geneva headquarters.
Christian Viros said, “TechnoMarine was looking for a professional, with proven leadership experience in the watch industry, a dynamic personality with strong knowledge especially of watch marketing, product development as well as distribution on an international basis.
“Vincent is the person we had been looking for. He is truly emblematic of what the brand is about. Under his leadership, we should strongly develop the brand on a worldwide basis.”
For several years, Vincent headed a company he founded specialising in brand strategy. Since 2006 he had been the President of the Concord brand.
TechnoMarine is currently undergoing a full reorganization and a complete strategic review.
The arrival of Vincent Perriard together with the recent arrivals of Michel Beziat, previously in product development with Jaeger LeCoultre, and Jean Marc Loubier, formerly marketing director of Louis Vuitton, puts the company on a strong footing.
