Ornella Iannuzzi’s Fine Art Jewellery debut at Paris Fashion Week
LONDON, January 10, 2014 – Ornella Iannuzzi will be exhibiting at both London Fashion Week (at Rock Vault from 14th to 18th February) and, for the first time, Paris Fashion Week (from 28th Feb to 3rd of March) at Première Classe in the Jardin des Tuileries.
She will be presenting new additions to her silver range ‘Les Corallines’ and introduce the very first pieces of the high-end version named ‘Les Précieuses Corallines’.
Following the recent successful launch of the silver range, Ornella announced her first UK stockists as Fortnum & Mason and the British Museum Shop.
International stockists have also been established in Europe, Russia and the Far East.
Inspired by coral formations, ‘Les Corallines’ features delicate and light metal structures in silver, 18k gold vermeil, or black rhodium silver, ornamented with various colours of fresh water pearls.
The combination of these elements into sophisticated elegant designs results in “a very feminine and classy look with an edge, that could easily be used to create the perfect modern bridal parure” as Ornella described it.
She said that she has created the collection to offer “innovative pearl jewellery which remains very distinctive in style while spreading to new markets with a higher commercial aspect”.
This season Ornella is launching high-end variations under the name of ‘Les Précieuses Corallines’ in various colours of gold, with South Sea or Tahitian pearls, diamonds, and also some versions with Ornella’s special gem: the Ethiopian opal.
