Presman Mastermelt is restarting its postal service for customers wanting to send their precious metal scrap and lemel.
Although the Presman building is currently closed to visitors, all registered parcels are being accepted in Hatton Garden on Monday to Thursday.
“We will only be able to process your material on the days we can arrange staff attendance,” the company said.
“Unfortunately, due to the staff lockdowns and social distancing measures causing a reduction to our normal staffing levels, we are not currently able to offer the usual same day turnaround.
“The prices we pay will be fixed on the day of processing rather than the day of receipt.”
