Sif Jakobs Jewellery appoints director for UK and Ireland
May 2016 – Fast-growing Danish jewellery brand Sif Jakobs Jewellery has announced the appointment of Matt Finnerty as Director for the UK and Ireland.

With a long track record in the jewellery and watch industry, Finnerty brings many years’ experience to the brand.
Finnerty will lead the execution of Sif Jakobs Jewellery’s national market strategy for the UK and Ireland, taking the Sif Jakobs Jewellery brand to the next level.
He will also be responsible for developing Sif Jakobs Jewellery’s presence in multiple retailers and department stores in the UK and Ireland.
Speaking of the appointment, Sif Jakobs Jewellery CEO Søren Dahl said: “I’m very confident about the headhunting of Matt based on his second-to-none connections across the jewellery industry in the UK and his ability to successfully increase sales and volume.”
The brand currently works with 125 independent retailers in the UK & Ireland, and anticipates opening its first major UK department store this year.
Sif Jakobs Jewellery is also a finalist in the Brand to Watch category in this year’s UK Jewellery Awards.
Sif Jakobs Jewellery will showcase new collections at International Jewellery London (IJL) in September.
