As the second wave of lockdown rolls through England and physical shops and selling events are forced to close, more shoppers will turn to online for Christmas shopping this year. With this in mind, The Jewellery Cut has opened a sparkling new online boutique for fine jewels.

A haven of independent jewellery design, The Jewellery Cut Shop offers shoppers a treasure trove of jewels from makers including Deborah Blyth, Kassandra Lauren Gordon, Alison McLeod, Drutis, Libby Rak, Ruby Taglight, Max x Bex, Reframed Jewelry, Origin 31, Jasmine Ataullah, Jessica Steele, Charlotte Cornelius and Royal Asscher.

Through this new online jewellery shop, you can buy directly from designers, investing in original talent and craft that you won’t find on the high street. There is also a selection of vintage gold jewellery to be found on The Jewellery Cut Shop, curated by Baroque Rocks.

The Jewellery Cut Shop will give consumers a curated selection of ‘hidden gems’, allowing them to invest in original talent and craft that can’t be found elsewhere.

“We were so devastated when we had to cancel our usual physical shopping event, The Jewellery Cut Live in association with Fuli Gemstones, due to the pandemic,” says The Jewellery Cut co-founder Rachael Taylor. “So too were our designers, who had been busy making unique jewels in preparation for the show. While we find ourselves back in lockdown and large events remain impossible to hold for the foreseeable future, we wanted to find a new way to connect our magpies with the talented jewellers who take part in our shows.

“The Jewellery Cut Shop is a great place to find unusual jewellery designs from independent brands. It will be a perfect hunting ground when shopping for gifts for Christmas, Diwali, Hanukkah, birthdays, or to treat yourself. In a year when we’ve been spending less on fashion, travel and going out, jewellery is an enduring investment that will hold fast through the seasons and even generations. We expect that, because of this, jewellery will shoot to the top of festive wish lists this year.”
