BANGKOK – The September 8-12, 2026, edition of the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair welcomed more than 50,000 buyers and visitors from 123 countries and generated over THB 5.8 billion or 174 million USD in trade value, reflecting strong international confidence in the potential of Thailand’s gems and jewelry industry and highlighting the show as a key international trading platform for the global industry.
Ms. Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of DITP, the fair’s main organizer, said: “The 74th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair achieved results beyond expectations. Over the five-day event, more than 50,000 buyers and visitors attended, an increase of more than 12% from the previous edition, with international visitors accounting for over 74% of total attendance.”
