Strong bidding from lively bidders across the globe was seen on Monday, September 13, 2021 throughout the entirety of Bonhams’ California Jewels auction. Leading the sale was a pair of 14K white gold and diamond drop earrings, which surpassed an estimate of $40,000 – 50,000 to achieve $60,313.

Phenomenal results also came from a rare and important Louis Comfort Tiffany opal, demantoid garnet, and enamel necklace, which sold for approximately 10 times its estimate of $4,000 – 6,000 to realize $50,313.
In total, the 301-lot auction achieved $1,373,958.
