By David Brough
LONDON – Upscale gemstone supplier Mayfair Gems will present two showcases featuring extraordinary natural coloured gemstones at the Jewellery Show on September 2-3, 2026.

An opal and a trilliant cut rubellite from the gemstone collection gathered by Arya’s father in Brazil over three decades
The showcases will include remarkable sapphires, tsavorites, rubellite, spinel and opal, including gemstones collected by the father of present owner Arya Marafie in Brazil over three decades.

Two exceptional Kenyan tsavorites

An unheated “hot pink” and an unheated purplish pink sapphire, likely originating from Madagascar, both very rare gemstones
For the first time, the Bullion Bar, the main networking area in the Jewellery Show where the gemstones will be presented, has been renamed the “Mayfair Gems Bullion Bar.”
